The Helping Canadian Kids Thrive! 2008 Conference ran from Thursday May 1st and Friday May 2nd, 2008 with Pre-Conference Sessions running on April 29th and 30th, 2008.

Pre-Conference Asset-Based Policing Session

Over 100 officers from across Canada joined together for a rich discussion about Asset-Based Policing.  Best Practices and practical strategies were shared.

Keynote Speakers 

The Keynote Speakers for Helping Canadian Kids Thrive! 2008 spanned the country and shared a wide variety of experiences in positive youth development.  This conference was unique because we focused on 'real' people who are doing great things in communities just like yours.  We heard what inspired them to take action and learned from their achievements, life lessons and wisdom.
