The Skills for Growing - Second Edition Curriclum Resource is available by attending an introductory in-service workshop and is designed to help you create a classroom environment that nurtures and enhances learning. Skills for Growing (SFG) Curriculum Resource
In the Lions Quest Workshop you will receive either a Skills for Growing (SFG) or Skills for Adolescence (SFA) Manual.  Each Skills for Growing Manual includes a set of Together Times booklets at the appropriate grade level.  If you change grades or require additional grade levels you are able to purchase additional Skills for Growing Manuals for the price of $99.95 per grade level.
Resource Manuals include the following: Seven thematic units - Building a School Community, Growing as a Group, Healthy Bodies, Making Positive Decisions, Setting Goals for Service, Growing Up Drug-Free, and Celebrating You and Me. The units come bound into a pocket folder that provides a storage area for you own topic related material and are packaged in a sturdy storage box. Each unit contains easy-to-use lesson plans designed to reduce your preparation time. Drug Information Guide -includes resource information for teachers to support the Growing Up Drug-Free unit.  To download the Drug Information Guide click here. Teachers Resource Guide - illustrates the program rationale and philosophy, teaching and implementation strategies, scope sequence and suggestions for supplemental videos, books, Internet sites, and other resources to support your classroom efforts. The Family Connection: A Guide to Leading Parent Meetings - includes material for three parent meetings that familiarize parents with the skills and concepts in Skills for Growing as well as guidelines for developing new parent meetings Creating a Positive School Climate: A Guide for School Climate Committees - includes ideas and procedures for creating a positive climate through school-wide activities. Together Times - activity booklets for students to share with their families which reinforce lesson concepts, provide activities that promote child/parent interaction and help students strengthen their skills at home with the help of their families.

Together Times student activity pages reinforce Skills for Growing lesson concepts. Skill-based activities help students strengthen skills through classroom practice. Special pages allow students to share newly learned skills with their families. To order Together Times online click on the 'Browse Our Catalgoue' icon at the top of this page and choose 'Skills for Growing' under the 'Lions Quest' menu that will appear on the left side of your screen once you enter the catalogue.
