Our first Made-in-Canada Developmental Asset resource!
Thrive! is proud to publish this wonderful new resource created by the Edmonton Asset Collaborative. This book is a ‘gift of the essentials’ for parents to learn about the Developmental Assets along with their children. The fun, interactive and educational activities, when done together Asset that can be completed independently or with help from their parent.
In this resource one side of the page provides the parent with a description of each of the 40 Developmental Assets and a list of easy activities and actions that parents can do to build and reinforce this Asset in their child’s life. The facing page provides the child with a fun activity sheet sharing ideas of what the child can do to learn about that with your child, can have a lasting positive impact on their social skill development. |
